We are located in Renfrew County and are made up of girls from Arnprior, Beachburg, Braeside, Calabogie, Cobden, Eganville, Foresters Falls, Golden Lake, Micksburg, Pembroke, Petawawa, Renfrew & Westmeath.
The goal of our Association is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables young athletes to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children.

The Belle team plays at the sportsplex on Thursday March 20th and the
Juniors and Petite teams play away on Saturday March 22nd.
Under 10 has home ice advantage when they host Nepean on Saturday March 22nd
in Cobden at 1 pm.
These are all single elimination play-offs with the championship games being
held in Arnprior Sunday March 29th.

The U16 (Junior) girls had the opportunity to attend the World Ringette championships this past week in North Bay and participate in a U16 tournament and compete against some local teams as well as Sweden and Finland.
The U10 and U14 teams from the Upper Ottawa Valley Ringette (UOV) would like to send a huge THANK YOU to Mel Blimkie and Lynn Parsons-Dykeman, owners of A Sense of Country, 169 Raglan Street S, Renfrew. Thanks to A Sense of Country, we were able to have a very successful Fudge Fundraiser that raised over $1500 for the two teams.
